Meet the Doctors
Dr. Scott Tenold
Dr. Scott Tenold did his undergraduate work at Westmar University in Lamars, Iowa. Following that he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa and completed his Doctorate in 1985.
Through extensive post-graduate study he has been board certified as a Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor (ACRB Level I), and holds a masters certification in Whiplash from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
Both he and his wife, Dr. Lisa Tenold , practiced in Arizona for four years prior to moving to the Eau Claire area in 1990. Together, they started Tenold Chiropractic Health & Rehab Clinic.
They have two sons.
Dr. Lisa Tenold
Dr. Lisa Tenold is a native of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. After attending the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, for her undergraduate courses she attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and finished her Doctorate in 1985.
She has additional certification in the following: Cox© Distraction Technique; Whiplash Trauma from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego; and the Webster Technique. She is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP). She has a special interest in the areas of maternity care and pediatrics.
Her practice was based in a multi-doctor clinic in Phoenix, Arizona from 1985-1990. She and her husband, Dr. Scott Tenold, opened Tenold Chiropractic Health & Rehab Clinic in 1990.
The Tenolds have two sons.
Dr. Dan Czelatdko
Dr. Dan Czelatdko has been practicing chiropractic and nutrition therapy for 15 years. He is a graduate of Augustana College, Rock Island IL. where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Dr. Dan also received his Doctorate and Bachelor of Science From the National College of Chiropractic, Lombard, IL. He is actively involved with sports injuries and acts as a team doctor for a local high school. He is a certified chiropractic sports practitioner.
Dr. Dan also practices nutrition using diet and nutriceuticals for specific health issues including hormone balance and allergies using holistic therapy. His has a Diplomate in Clinical Nutrition from the American Clinical Board of Nutrition. Dr. Dan presents health and nutrition seminars to both professional and lay groups. He has also published a paper in a peer-reviewed journal. Dr. Dan lives in the Chippewa Valley with his family.
Dr. Cole Segerstrom
Dr. Cole Segerstrom is originally from Mondovi, WI. Dr. Segerstrom grew up on a dairy farm and loves the outdoors. He attended University of Wisconsin-Stout and Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He was nominated for the Clinical Excellence Award and was awarded the Diagnostic Service Award. Dr. Segerstrom graduated with honors, Cum Laude, from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
His Chiropractic interest include Sports Chiropractic and Rehabilitation. Being an athlete himself, who relied on Chiropractic care to keep him in the game, he wants to ensure you receive the same care and are functioning at optimal capacity.
He spends his free time with his wife, Bridget. Together they pursue the Whitetail deer, golf, and enjoy living an active lifestyle. He looks forward to serving you and your family for all your health care needs.
